It's Almost Time

Sunday evening we met as a team to finish packing supplies for our trip on Thursday. John Thomas, director and founder of Living Hope, stopped by to brief us on some political changes that had taken place earlier in the day in South Africa. He also informed us to dress and pack warm, saying this has been the coldest winter on record in Cape Town. So much for Global Warming LOL

I think the high when we arrive on Friday is supposed to be a balmy 50, oh did I mention that homes have no heat there? YIKES!!!

I'll be updating on the trip as often as time permits. I have a few meetings I have to squeeze in between our regular duties, however I will make updates. Hopefully, I will have time to add a few photos as well.

We depart Thursday morning around 11:20am and arrive at 3:55pm Friday in Cape Town. They are seven hours ahead of us. I can't wait for that long flight WoooHooooo yeah riiiiight!!!
